Compound 15-b (1 g, 4.78 mmol) was dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid (10 ml), triethylsilane (1.5 ml) was added dropwise under ice-cooling followed by stirring at room temperature for 2 hours.
The reaction solution was poured into water, extracted twice with ethyl acetate.
The organic phase was washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried and concentrated to give a khaki solid (0.9 g, yield: 96%). ESI-MS (m/z): 195.9 [M+H]+. 1H-NMR (300 Hz, CDCl3): δ ppm 7.69 (brs, 1H), 7.10 (s, 1H), 7.07 (d, 1H), 6.80 (d, 1H), 3.68 (t, 2H), 3.52 (s, 2H), 3.02 (t, 2H).
