Steps:

(8.79 mmol) of 4-chlorobenzoylhydrazide and 0.74 g (13.2 mmol) of potassium hydroxide were added to 50 mL of methanol, 0.8 mL (13.19 mmol) of carbon disulfide was added dropwise to the 100 mL round bottom flask at room temperature under stirring for 12 hours, and then was added 0.49 g (8.8 mmol) of potassium hydroxide, at an oil bath temperature of 80Othe C was heated under reflux for 8 h, TLC analysis after the end of the reaction, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, 30 mL of purified water was added, with 1M HCl to adjust the pH value of 2 to 3, a large number of system pale yellow solid precipitated, suction filtered, washed with water, dried, and recrystallized from ethanol to give a pale yellow solid 1.51 g, yield 88.7%,
