Compound 9144A2 (7.7 g, 68.1 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (50 mL), and then sodium borohydride (12.9 g, 340.5 mmol) was added.The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours.It was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the concentrated residue was slurried with 45 mL of dichloromethane, and then filtered.The filtrate was concentrated to obtain a white solid compound 9144A3 (7.8 g, yield 97.5%).
