13 Synthesis of Compound 5-benzyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole-3-carboxylic acid(ZSQ-16-33)
Compound ZSQ-16-22 (399 mg, 1.71 mmol) was dissolved in a mixed solution of 4 ml of THF and 4 ml of H 2 O, lithium hydroxide monohydrate (5.15 mmol, 216 mg) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 h. After the reaction was completed, 2N hydrochloric acid was added for acidification, concentrated to remove THF, separated and purified by C18 reverse-phase column chromatography, eluted with H 2 O/CH 3CN (4:1) to obtain 286 mg of white solid with a combined yield of 82%.
