6.2 Step 2: Synthesis of Compound 6-2
To a solution of compound 6-1 (1.2 g) in DCM (60 mL) at -25 °C, 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (3.85 g) was added, and then the temperature was slowly raised to 20 °C for reaction for 4 hs. The reaction solution was washed with 10% sodium hydroxide (1*40ml), washed with water (1*30ml), washed with saturated brine (1*30ml), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to directly obtain a white solid product 6-2 (1.35 g, 97.93% yield).
