Compound BFL-0 was nitrated to prepare compound BFL-1, where X was bromine and Y was chlorine. 125 g of 5-bromo-2-chlorobenzoic acid and 200 g of sulfuric acid with a mass concentration of 50% were added to the reactor, and the temperature was lowered to 10 °C, then 638 g of mixed acid (374 g of sulfuric acid and 264 g of nitric acid) were added dropwise to the mixed solution.After the dropwise addition was completed, the temperature was raised to 85 °C for 2 h.Then the reactant was separated from ice, filtered, washed with an appropriate amount of water, and dried to obtain 131 g of a yellow crystalline solid.
