12d (5.50 g, 21.2 mmol) was weighed into a 100 mL reaction flask at room temperature, followed by the addition of polyphosphoric acid (120 g, 35.5 mmol).
The reaction solution was heated to 95°C and stirred for 1.5 hours.
The reaction solution was poured into ice water, and then added with dichloromethane (200 mL) and partitioned.
The organic phase was washed with sodium bicarbonate solution, water and saturated sodium chloride solution (30mL*3) successively, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and filtered.
The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the resulting residues were purified by silica gel column chromatography with eluent system B to obtain the title products 12e-1 (3.50 g, yield: 68.4%) and 12e-2 (1.00 g, yield: 19.5%).
MS m/z(ESI): 241.1 243.1 [M+1].
