14 Synthesis of compound 14-d
Dissolve 3-fluorocatechol (2g, 15.63mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (10mL), add anhydrous potassium carbonate (6.5g, 46.89mmol) and 1,2-dibromoethyl Alkane (14.7 g, 78.15 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated to 80°C and stirred for 24 hours.After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture was poured into ice water (100 mL), extracted with petroleum ether (100 mL×2), the organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain a light brown oil 14- d(2.3g, yield: 95.8%). This product does not require further purification.
