1.2 g of (4-(dimethylamino)piperidin-1-yl)(4-nitrophenyl)methanone hydrochloride (3.8 mmol) was dissolved in 20 mL of THF, followed by a clean 2.0 g of Ni (34 mmol), after replacing hydrogen, hydrogen was introduced and stirred at room temperature for 20 h.After the reaction was completed, the reaction mixture was filtered over Celite, and the filtrate was concentrated to dryness.Obtained a white solid,Weigh 0.95 g.The yield was 88.7%.
