Steps:

5.1 (1) Synthesis of Formula E-2
Compound E-1 (6.0 g, 31.2 mmol) to 50ml chloroform (CF): was dissolved in 50ml trifluoro acetic Acid (TFA). Sodium perborate mono-hydroxy (sodiumperboratemonohydrate, 7.39g, 72.8mmol) and stirred for 1 hour at room temperature into a time. It poured onto water and extracted with chloroform. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and a column of silica (eluent: Hx / MC = 1/1) to give a white solid. Yield: 35%
