Steps:

I.28.2 Step 2: Synthesis of 6-(lH-pyrazol-l-yl)pyridin-3-amine

A mixture of 5-nitro-2-(lH-pyrazol-l-yl)pyridine (1.00 g) and Pd/C (20 mg, 10% w.t) in MeOH (10 mL) was stirred overnight under H?. The reaction was cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to provide 6-(lH-pyrazol-l-yl)pyridin-3-amine (600 mg). LCMS (ESI, m/z): 161 [M+H] ⁺.
