Step 1, 2,4,6,-trihydroxyacetophenone (10mmol) and 3,3-dimethacrylic acid (22mmol) are used as raw materials, and anhydrous dioxane is used as a solvent oil bath to heat and reflux the reaction. After the reaction , poured into ice water, adjusted the pH to neutral with saturated potassium carbonate, filtered, and separated the crude product by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the intermediate coumarin 9 as a white transparent crystal.
