General procedure: To a solution of compound3(14 g, 55.16mmol )in anhydrous methanol (140 mL ) , KOH (3.36 g, 55.16 mmol ) dissolved in anhydrous methanol (70 mL) was added dropwise. After stirring for 24 h, the solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was extracted with dichloromethane (40 mL×3). The aqueous layer was acidified with 1N HCl until pH=2-3, concentrated under reduced pressure to afford a white solid.Dissolved the solid in dichloromethane, filtered and then concentrated under reduced pressure.The desired compounds4wasobtained .
