General procedure: A solution of compound 16-27 (7.36mmol) in 14 diphenylether (50mL) was heated at 250°C for 10h. After cooling, precipitated solid was separated by filtration, washed with diethylether. The residue was dried under reduced pressure to give corresponding 15 quinolone 28-39.
