Dissolving 126 g of 3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde in a 3 L pressure-resistant reactor containing 2.5 L of acetic acid solution, and raising the temperature to 130 ° C;The oxygen-containing gas (oxygen content of 85%) is introduced into the reactor from the bottom of the reactor, and the pressure is controlled at 1.5 MPa;42 mL of pyrrole was added dropwise to the reactor in 0.5 h, and after 1.5 h of reaction, the reaction was stopped by cooling to 30 ° C;After cooling, the oxygen-containing gas was released to the gas storage tank, and the reaction product obtained in the reactor was filtered to obtain a filter cake, and the filter cake was washed with 1.0 L of methanol, and then the filter cake was washed with 0.4 L of hot water.After drying, 77.6 g of product was obtained.The filtrate obtained by filtration can be recovered by atmospheric distillation to be used.The obtained product was subjected to nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum measurement, and the results are shown in Fig. 1.Figure 1 is a nuclear magnetic spectrum of the product obtained in Example 1. As can be seen from Figure 1,The obtained product is of the formula (1) wherein R1 and R3 are -OCH3 and R2 is H.The yield of the product was calculated based on the amount of the raw material input and the amount of the obtained product in combination with the following formula: Synthesis yield = mass of the actual aryl-substituted porphyrin / mass of the pyrrole completely converted to the aryl-substituted porphyrin.The results showed that the product yield was 60.0%. Testing product purity by column chromatography separation,The results showed that the obtained product had a purity of 99.7%.
