Weigh 3-fluoro-2-aminobenzocyanide (1mmol) and [HDBU][2-OP](3mmol) into a 20mL reaction tube. Connect the nozzle of the reaction tube to a gas bag containing carbon dioxide. Under protection (CO2 pressure during the reaction is about 0.1MPa), react at 80°C for 8 hours. After the reaction, it was cooled to room temperature, 10mL of water was added, a white solid was precipitated, filtered, washed with water (10mL×3), washed with methyl tert-butyl ether (10mL×3), and dried to obtain the target product with a yield of 70.1%.
