Step 2Pd(OH)2 (0.3gm,30% by weight) was added to a solution of compound [146] in MeOH. The resulting mixture was kept under the pressure of a balloon filled with H2. The reaction mixture was heated at 45 °C overnight. The reaction was monitored by TLC. After completion of reaction Pd(OH)2 was filtered out by using celite pad. The filtrate was concentrated on buchi rotavapour under reduced pressure to afforded [147] as a white solid in 75 % yield.
