Steps:

10.1 (1) Synthesis of 4- (2,7-dichloro-pyrido [2,3-d] pyrimidin-4-yl) morpholine

-20 , 2,4,7- trichloro-pyrido [2,3-d] pyrimidine (0.5g, 2.14mmol) was dissolved in N, N- dimethyl acetamide (10mL), followed by addition of diisopropyl ethyl amine (0.56mL, 1.5eq) and morpholine (186mg, 2.14mmol), the reaction was stirred for 1 hour at room temperature, then water was added, CH₂Cl₂Extracted three times, the organic phase was dried and concentrated, the residue by column chromatography to give the product (0.6g, 98.1%).
