Example 10: Preparation of4-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester; In a reaction vessel, benzoimidazole(1.1g) and methylalcohol(δmL) were introduced, and di tert-butyldicarbonate(1.2g) was added thereto. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for about 3 hours, and then the mixture was condensed to obtain 4-(1 H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester(1.5g, yield 91%).¹H-NMR, 400 MHz, CDCI₃, ppm : 1.63(s, 9H), 1.89(m, 2H), 2.11(d, 2H), 2.87(t, 2H), 3.14(m, 1H), 4.23(s, 2H), 7.22~7.24(m, 2H), 7.41 (s, 1H), 7.72(s, 1 H), 9.77(s, 1 H)
