Steps:

1 Synthesis of Intermediate 1-3

(0366) The compounds Intermediate 1-1 (1 eq), Intermediate 1-2 (1.2 eq), tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium (0) (0.05 eq), tri-tert-butylphosphine (0.1 eq), and sodium tert-butoxide (3 eq) were dissolved in toluene and then stirred at 90° C. for 6 hours. After cooling and washing with ethyl acetate and water three times, the organic layer was separated therefrom, and then dried over MgSO4 and then under reduced pressure. The resulting product was purified by column chromatography with MC and n-hexane to obtain Intermediate 1-3. (Yield: 71%)
