Steps:
2.1 General procedure A for the synthesis of chlorophosphines 2a to 2e
General procedure: To an 10mL oven-dried Schlenk tube under argon atmosphere were added R1R2P(O)H (1.0 mmol) and THF (2.0 mL), stirring the solution until all the solid was totally dissolved, and then MeC(O)Cl (2.0 mmol) was added to the solution and the mixture was stirred at room temperature or 50oC for overnight. After reaction, the excessive MeC(O)Cl, byproduct AcOH and solvent THF were removed under vacuum to afford pure R1R2PCl.
