Steps:
1.1 1.1: full-b acylated glucose
Weighing of anhydrous sodium acetate 8.287g in crucible, and adjusting the temperature of the lost all moisture, cooling immediately after the mortar in turn, added into the dry glucose (10.636g, 590mmol), then evenly mixed and transferred into a 250 ml round bottom flask, add acetic anhydride 150 ml, the temperature is adjusted to 100 °C, reaction 2 - 3h. Cooling to room temperature, the reaction solution is poured into ice water, white solid precipitated, after filtering, for 5 times washed with distilled water to obtain the full-b acylated glucose, drying to obtain white solid 17.707g, yield 77%.
