109 mg (0.5 mmol) of diphenylphosphoric acid, 47 mg (0.5 mmol) of phenol,N, N-dimethylaniline and 81 mg (0.5 mmol) of carbonyldiimidazole with different molar ratios (0 mol%, 50 mol%, 100 mol%, 150 mol%, 200 mol%) were added under a nitrogen atmosphere mL acetonitrile,The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 12 hours. By GC detection and analysis, the yield of this coupling reaction can reach 99% only when the amount of N, N-dimethylaniline is 1.5 times the reaction equivalent of diphenylphosphoric acid.
