Steps:
3.1 1. Preparation of compound 2 (structure shown below) in Example 3
Slowly add compound 1 (500mg, 5.4mmol) and PBr3 (4.3g, 16.3mmol) into 10mL DCM at zero temperature. After the addition, the mixed system was stirred at 0-5 degrees for 1 hour. Slowly add saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (pH=8) dropwise to filter off the solid, dry the filtrate, concentrate and evaporate to dryness (28 degrees) to obtain 0.59 g of yellow oil, yield: 71%.
