Steps:
6.1 Step 1: Synthesis of intermediate ethyl 3-(cyclopentylamino)propionate
The material cyclopentylamine (5.1 g, 60 mmol, 1.0 eq.) was dissolved in ethanol (10 mL).
Then the solution was slowly added with ethyl acrylate (5.0 g, 50 mmol, 1.0 eq.) dropwise under an ice bath to react for 12 h.
After no materials were left, as detected by TLC, the reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to give a product (9.2 g, yield: 99%).
