Compound II (116.8g, 0 . 8mol), dichloromethane (300 ml) and thionyl chloride (104g, 0.88mol) are added to a reaction flask, N 2 adding N under protection, N-dimethyl formamide (0.8g), 38 °C heating reflux stirring for 5 hours, the reaction is complete, to obtain compound III concentration of methylene chloride (124g, yield: 95%).
