Into a 250mL round-bottom flask, add 28g of the intermediate obtained in the previous step, 9g of acetylhydrazine, 100mL of n-butanol, heat to 125°C, and follow TLC until the reaction is complete. The whole reaction time is 8h. After the reaction was completed, the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation, 20 mL of ethanol was added to the remaining oil and stirred to dissolve, and then 30 mL of water was slowly added dropwise to precipitate a solid. Add 100 mL of water and 100 mL of petroleum ether to the solid to beat for 2 hours, filter with suction, wash the precipitate with petroleum ether, and dry to obtain 24.4 g of light yellow solid product with a yield of 81.2%.
