To a solution of the compound 1-1(4.75 g, 30.03 mmol) in MeOH(60 ml) was added NH4OAc(6.95 g, 90.10 mmol). After stirring for 3 h at rt, the reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was dissolved in DCM(300 ml). The resulting mixture was washed with water(75 ml), dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford the desired product 1-2(4.72 g) as a white solid.1H NMR (300 MHz, CDC13) 5 7.6 10 (brs, 1H), 6.856 (brs, 1H), 4.126 (s, 3H), 3.647 (t, J = 5.7 Hz, 2H), 3.538 (s, 3H), 2.249 (t, J = 5.7 Hz, 2H).
