Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

1.1 (1) Synthesis of 3-(o-fluorophenylamino)propionic acid

To a 250 mL round bottom flask was added 13.74 mmol of 2-fluoroaniline,16.48 mmol of methyl acrylate,3.435 mmol of glacial acetic acid,Heating at 80 ° C for 8 h;Then add 58 mmol of sodium hydroxide,25mL water,25mL of methanol,At 94 ° C,Hydrolysis reaction occurred in a round bottom flask for 20 h;Tracking the response with TLC,After the reaction is completed,Cool to room temperature (20 ~ 25 ° C),Adjust the pH to 4-5 with concentrated hydrochloric acid.Extracted with 25 mL of ethyl acetate until the organic layer was colorless;then,The solvent is removed by a rotary evaporator.Obtaining a white solid product,That is 3-(o-fluorophenylamino)propionic acid,The yield is 64%.
