General Procedure I-BFA solution of compound I-VIIb (8.69 g, 52.6 mmol) and Lawesson's reagent (12.3 g, 30 mmol) in anhydrous toluene (200 mL) was stirred at 110° C. under argon for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel, eluting with petroleum ether/ethyl acetate, 9/1 to 7/3) to afford compound I-VIIc (9 g, yield 95%).
