18.05g (82.69mmol) of di-tert-butyl dicarbonate (Boc2O) was added dropwise to the filtrate of the previous step, keeping the internal temperature below 5°C. After dripping, stir at room temperature for 16 hours. Add 3.93g (52.29mmol) of glycine and 90.0mL of Na2CO3 aqueous solution (11.77g, 111mmol) to the reaction solution, stir at room temperature for 20h, then rotate to remove most of the THF, and add 90.0mL of water and 180.0mL of petroleum ether to the residue. The aqueous layer was separated and extracted with petroleum ether (50.0 mL×2), and the combined organic phase was washed with water (50.0 mL×2) and saturated brine (50.0 mL). 11.4 g of orange oil was obtained, and the yield of the two steps was 77.2%.
