414.7g potassium acetylene placed in a flask, was added dropwise a solution containing 1194g dimethylamino formyl iodine, the solvent is 1,4-dioxane, and the solution was added dropwise to maintain the process temperature of the flask at 0 ~ 5 , dropwise after completion of the reaction temperature was raised to 56 deg.] C, the reaction time was 3.5 hours. after completion of the reaction was filtered, the filtrate was distilled under reduced pressure to give 1469.1gN, N- dimethyl propiolamide, purity 97.9%; the 1469.1gN, N- two methyl propiolamide placed in an autoclave, the catalyst was added 7.35g Pd-Al2O3-Li, uninterrupted flow of hydrogen at a temperature of 52 , 0.16MPa under pressure of the reaction for 5.5 hours after the reaction by distillation under reduced pressure, to give 1202.0gN, N- dimethylacrylamide, 97.4% purity.
