0.25 g of 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine (5-FdU) was dissolved in 10 mL of dry tetrahydrofuran, and 1 ml of 1 M tert-butylmagnesium chloride in THF was added and stirred for 0.5 h.A solution of 0.8 g of ii-2 dissolved in 2 ml of THF was added with stirring and stirred for 12 h.
