(R)-2-(9-(pyridin-2-yl)-6-oxaspiro[4.5]decane-9-yl)acetonitrile (10g, 39mmol, purchased from Shanghai Yucheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., CAS No. 1401031-38-6) and Raney nickel (1 g) were added to 200 mL ethanol and 30 mL ammonia water, and stirred at room temperature for 12 hours under the protection of hydrogen. Filter and concentrate the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain the target product (R)-2-(9-(pyridin-2-yl)-6-oxaspiro[4.5]decane-9-yl)ethylamine 1a (10g, colorless oil) liquid). Yield: 99%.
