Steps:

45.1 Step 1) : piperazine-1-carboxamide hydrochloride

To a solution of tert-butyl4-carbamoylpiperazine-1-carboxylate (0.16 g, 0.7 mmol) in DCM (2 mL) was addeda HCl in EtOAc solution (4 M, 2 mL) . The mixture was stirred at rt for 30 min andconcentrated to give the title compound as a white solid (0.16 g, 100) . ¹H NMR (600 MHz, CD₃OD): δ ppm 3.71-3.73 (m, 4H) , 3.25-3.27 (m, 4H) and MS-ESI: m/z 130.10[M+H-HCl] ⁺ .
