Steps:

Step C: 4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine (i-4)
Step C: 4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine (i-4) (0094) The title compound from Step B above (50 mg, 0.2 mmol) was dissolved in 4 M HCl in dioxane (2.0 mL) and stirred at RT for 1 h. The product was concentrated under reduced pressure and dried under high vacuum to give the title compound (i-17) (30 mg, 96%). ESI-MS calculated for C₈H₁₃N₃: Exact Mass: 151.11; Found 152.10.
