In a 200mL single-necked flask, add trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (2.4mL, 0.03mol), tetrabutylammonium bromide (3.2g, 0.01mol),Di(tert-butyl)-p-cresol (1.32g, 2%) was stirred at 50°C for 30min until the system became a colorless and transparent liquid to obtain a deep eutectic solvent, and then methacrylic acid (25.4mL, 0.3mol), secondary butanol (55.6mL, 0.6mol) was heated to reflux at 100°C for 6h and the reaction was completed. After the reaction was completed, the layers were separated, and the upper organic layer was distilled under reduced pressure (-100KPa) at 15°C to remove sec-butanol and recovered to obtain the product methyl The yield of sec-butyl acrylate was 73%, and new raw materials were added to the remaining deep eutectic solvent layer, and the above process was repeated.
