Steps:

74 Synthesis of Compound 74.1
To 74 (0.50 g, 2.67 mmol, 1.0 eq) added hydrochloric acid in dioxane (5 mE) at 00 C. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. After completion of reaction, reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain crude material. This was further purified by trituration with diethylether to obtain 74.1 (0.30 g, 90.91%). MS(ES): mlz 124.58 [M+H].
