Yield:1067-52-3 80%

Reaction Conditions:

in toluene for 6 h;Reflux;

Steps:

2.2. Synthesis of Bu3SnOR initiators
General procedure: Tributyltin alkoxides (Bu3SnOR; R = Me, Et, nPr and nBu) weresynthesized by the nucleophilic substitution of tributyltin chloride(Bu3SnCl) by sodium alkoxides (NaOR; R = Me, Et, nPr and nBu) inanhydrous toluene at reflux conditions for 6 h as described inliterature [14,25]. The synthesized Bu3SnOR were purified byvacuum distillation and the chemical structure was identified byproton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR) on aBruker Avance 400 NMR Spectrometer operating at 400 MHz inchloroform-d (CDCl3) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) on a Bruker Tensor 27 FT-IR spectrometer.
