吲哚霉素性质、用途与生产工艺
Indolmycin (TAK-083) 是一种抗生素,是原核生物色氨酸-tRNA 连接酶 (TrpS) 的竞争性抑制剂。Indolmycin (TAK-083) 具有抗菌和抗病毒活性。
Indolmycin was bacteriostatic and demonstrated good activity against MSSA (methicillinsusceptible Staphylococcus aureus), MRSA (methicillin-resistant S. aureus) and VISA (vancomycinintermediate S. aureus), including strains resistant to mupirocin or fusidic acid. Indolmycin MICs for 20 strains ranged from 8 to 32 mg/L, whereas a
single strain exhibited high-level resistance (MIC 128 mg/L).
