Binodenoson, 2-[(cyclohexylmethylene)hydrazino] adenosine (MRE0470), is being developed as a short-acting coronary vasodilator, administered intravenously, as an adjunct to radiotracers in myocardial stress imaging techniques to detect the presence and severity of CAD in patients unable to exercise. The compound is a highly selective agonist at the adenosine A2A receptor and also has a weaker affinity for adenosine A1-, A2B-, and A3-receptor subtypes than adenosine[1].용도
