 | | Synthesis | Into a 100 mL round-bottom flask were added tert-butyl (2S)- 2-phenylpyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (70 mg, 0.3 mmol, 1.0 eq) and CHsCh .0 mL), TFA (0.5 mL) at 25°C. The resulting mixture was stirred for 3 hours at 25°C. The resulting mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. This resulted in (S)-2-Phenylpyrrolidine (40 mg, 96.0%) as colorless oil. |
