Carbazochrome is Orange-red crystal or crystalline powder. The melting point is not lower than 220°C (decomposition). Slightly soluble in water and ethanol, insoluble in ether. Its sodium salicylate ([1305-01-9]) is orange pink at the end of Chemicalbook, melting point 196-197.5°C (decomposition), solubility in water at 25°C is 0.61mg/ml, insoluble in ether,10% The pH of the aqueous solution is 6.7-7.3.

Application

1.  Adrenochrome is used for the expansion of hair type purple class, hereditary capillary expansion and prevention of lung, kidney, intestine, brain and uterine bleeding.
