Glufosinate-ammonium is a non-selective foliar spraying organophosphorus herbicide, mainly used in orchards, vineyards, potato fields, nurseries, forests, pastures, ornamental shrubs and no-till land for eradicating weeding. The synthesis method of Glufosinate-ammonium is shown: 3-methyl n-butoxy phosphono propionaldehyde, acetic acid, isonitrile and ammonia water are used as raw materials and fully reacted in a solvent. The reaction solution is distilled and purified to obtain the final product，glufosinate-ammonium.
