Aminooxy-PEG3-azide is a crosslinker containing an aminooxy group and an azide group. The azide group is reactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The aminooxy group can be used in bioconjugation. It reacts with an aldehyde to form an oxime bond. If a reductant is used, it will form a hydroxylamine linkage. Aminooxy compounds are very reactive and sensitive; they cannot be stored for long term. Immediate use (within 1 week) is highly recommended. | [Uses]
Aminoxy-PEG3-Azide is a useful compound in the synthesis of tryptophan-folate conjugates. Polypeptide including a morpholino linker. |
