PIRONETIN性质、用途与生产工艺
雄小鼠急性经口 LD500325mg/kg。Ames试验呈阴性。
Pironetin 是从链霉菌属物种分离的 α/β 不饱和内酯。Pironetin 与 α-tubulin 结合，是微管聚合的有效抑制剂，具有细胞周期停滞和抗肿瘤活性。
Pironetin (20-100 ng/mL; 24 hours; 3Y1 cells) treatment arrests the cell cycle progression at G2/M in 3Y1 cells.
Pironetin (1-10000 ng/mL; 3 days; HeLa, A2780 and K-NRK cells) treatment inhibits the cell proliferation.

用途
水稻以100g/10公亩剂量处理水稻，对其地面部分抑制程度为18%～23%，以25g/10公亩剂量处理，则对地面部分几乎无抑制作用，在出穗前5～9d施用pironetin对产量无影响。小麦用125~1000mg/L的喷洒浓度处理旱田小麦，对株高呈现20%左右的生长抑制活性，但对小麦穗数并无影响。以2000mg/L处理对小麦有药害，平均每穗重及千粒重减少10%左右。
