氟化镥性质、用途与生产工艺
用途
氟化镥用途:主要用于制备镀膜材料,特殊晶体材料。
生产方法
由氧化镥与干燥氟化氢气体反应制得。氧化镥直接氟化,最佳反应温度为600~750℃。反应在回转窑式氟化炉内进行。每炉处理氧化物量达20kg以上。干燥氟化氢的消耗量约为理论量的2.5倍。制得的高质量氟化物中氧含量在0.04%~0.1%内,转化率可达99%,回收率高于98%。此法操作中要注意对强腐蚀性氟化氢气体的防护。
