碘化钛(IV)性质、用途与生产工艺
微溶于石油醚,适中地溶于苯中,较易溶于氯代烃和二硫化碳中。
在高温下可逆地同金属钛反应,生成二碘化钛。同二碘化钛反应,生成三碘化钛。由金属钛与碘蒸气反应,或碳化钛同碘反应,或四氯化钛与氢和碘混和物反应均制得。
用四碘化钛前体低温沉积纯钛薄膜;四碘化钛可用于金属钛的精炼等。
