氯唑西林性质、用途与生产工艺
氯唑西林为半合成的耐青霉素酶青霉素。其抗菌作用特点是:对青霉素酶高度稳定(稳定性高于其他耐青霉素酶青霉素类药),对产青霉素酶的葡萄球菌属(包括金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌)的抗菌活性较苯唑西林强,但对青霉素敏感葡萄球菌和各种链球菌的抗菌作用较青霉素弱5~10倍本品为繁殖期杀菌药。
主要用于治疗耐青霉素葡萄球菌所致的感染,包括败血症、心内膜炎、呼吸道感染、皮肤及软组织感染等。也可用于治疗化脓性链球菌或肺炎球菌与耐青霉素葡萄球菌所致的混合感染。
