活性橙14性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
橙色粉末。易溶于水,在水中溶解度 (20℃) 为 60g/L,(50℃) 130g/L。染色时遇铜离子色光稍转绿。
用途
活性艳黄 X-4R 适用于棉、黏胶纤维织物的染色。
生产方法
以对硝基苯胺邻磺酸、1-(4-磺酸基苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮和三聚氯氰为原料,首先将对硝基苯胺邻磺酸重氮化,再与 1-(4-磺酸基苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮偶合,然后将硝基还原,最后与三聚氯氰缩合即得产物。经盐析、过滤、干燥得成品。。
